Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to join our Gepro team, a system used by various Brazilian insurance companies to meet SUSEP requirements.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will have the opportunity to evolve your experience in technology, databases, integrations, and business rules of the insurance market, participating in implementation projects, customer support, and continuous product evolution.

Responsibilities and duties

• Support the Gepro implementation and maintenance team.
• Assist in analyzing customer demands.
• Perform queries in SQL Server databases to investigate information.
• Support the homologation of new functionalities.
• Document processes and functional specifications.
• Assist in analyzing integrations via APIs.
• Support users in identifying and resolving problems.
• Work together with analysts and developers in the evolution of the system.
  
  

Desirable experience

• Experience in internal or external customer service.
• Experience with SQL.
• Participation in systems projects or implementations will be considered a differential.
  
  

Requirements and qualifications

• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Good programming logic.
• Ease of learning business rules.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Organization and analytical skills.
  
  

Differentials

• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of SQL Server.
• Notions of REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Swagger.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of the insurance market.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
