Position Challenges

Act in supporting industrial cost control and analysis activities, contributing to the generation of reliable information for decision-making. The professional will support the monitoring of indicators, the analysis of financial and operational data, and the identification of opportunities for improvement in processes, promoting greater efficiency and control of operational results.

Responsibilities

• Perform production cost analyses, including materials, labor, and industrial expenses.
• Support the preparation of cost reports and analyses to support business areas.
• Assist in monitoring the budget and financial projections.
• Participate in the control and monitoring of physical inventories of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support the preparation of management reports.
• Consolidate financial and operational data for analysis and decision-making.
• Support process improvement initiatives and cost control.
• Work together with different areas for data collection, validation, and analysis.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related areas.
• Initial experience in costs, controlling, financial planning, finance, or related areas.
• Desirable experience in an industrial environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar will be a differential).
• Intermediate English (will be assessed).
