As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers; • Analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities to drive business growth; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies; • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve customer outcomes; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
