Specialized Compliance and Ethics Analyst

Job Objective: Review and ensure the correct integration of the Internal Civil Protection Programs prepared by external consultants, managing their early revalidation and the processing of licenses before municipal and state authorities, in order to ensure that our units comply with the required safety measures... What will you do? * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations related to Civil Protection and Safety. * Manage and follow up on the revalidation of the Internal Civil Protection Programs of all Walmart Mexico and Central America units. * Manage and obtain licenses, permits and authorizations related to Civil Protection before authorities. * Conduct inspections and audits of the units to verify compliance with the corresponding regulations. * Elaborate reports and presentations on the status of compliance and identify areas for improvement. * Participate in the development and implementation of safety and civil protection policies and procedures. * Provide technical support to the units on issues related to Civil Protection and Safety. * Maintain communication and collaboration with external consultants, authorities and internal areas. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience of at least 3 years in the area of Civil Protection, preferably in retail companies. * Knowledge of federal, state and municipal regulations related to Civil Protection and Safety. * Experience in the management and obtaining of licenses, permits and authorizations before authorities. * Experience in conducting inspections and audits. * Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proactive and results-oriented. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
