Compliance Analyst

Job description

Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and normative provisions to the organization, through legal analysis, implementation of compliance controls, and prevention of legal and regulatory risks, contributing to the integrity, transparency, and sustainability of the company.

Analyze and track compliance with laws, regulations, and norms applicable to the organization's operations.
Identify, evaluate, and monitor legal and compliance risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures.
Advise internal areas on legal and normative compliance matters.
Track regulatory requirements and coordinate attention to internal and external audits.
Prepare compliance reports, indicators, and supporting documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
