Accounts Receivable Analyst

An important international company in the manufacturing sector, a leader in its category and with a solid track record in the market, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Record and apply customer payments, ensuring their correct reconciliation.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage the collection of the assigned portfolio.
• Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal departments.
• Prepare reconciliations and aging reports of balances.
• Keep customer information updated and ensure correct accounting classification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar functions.

Required Skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, and portfolio management.
• Intermediate English.
• Availability to work in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.
