Job description
Are you ready to translate into activities?
- To be the voice of the client at Syngenta Digital, leading them throughout all phases of their journey (onboarding, ongoing, support, product);
- To map organizational structure, stakeholders, processes, direct and indirect risks;
- To be responsible for a farm portfolio, applying retention strategies;
- To align with the client's strategic objectives, ensuring that service delivery is excellent;
- To hold regular meetings with those involved, aiming to follow their evolution according to the client's objectives;
- To ensure the use and adoption of our solutions on farms under your responsibility;
- To work with client success metrics, such as: health score, net churn, full adoption;
- To promote technology usage and generate insights for the Commercial team;
- To propose advances and improvements in the customer journey, seeking operational and financial gains;
- To ensure the generation of value for each stakeholder involved in our business.
