Senior CRM Analyst
Job description
What will be your main deliverables?
- You will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns for the PME (B2B) audience, throughout their entire lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
- You will have daily interface with the business team, data team and marketing team.
- You will operationalize triggers, create and automate recurring journeys in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool.
- You will be responsible for optimizing recurring campaigns, through continuous improvement flow based on results.
- You will follow up daily and report results, as well as defend new strategies based on data.
- You will manage demands, prioritize and negotiate with involved teams, through agile methodology.
