- Plan shots for the month, considering needs of Product and Bizdev teams;
- Firing AdHoc (email and push) campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Create segmentations and track performance metrics;
- Work alongside business areas to understand needs and propose CRM solutions;
- Conduct briefings for the agency in order to have aligned communications with business proposals.
