Credit and Collections Analyst On-Site in the Field - Experience in the Agricultural Sector

We are currently seeking an On-Site Credit and Collections Analyst in the Field - Experience in the Agricultural Sector - Chihuahua - Torreon or Saltillo, Mexico.

Objective of the role:

To ensure efficient, secure, and strategic management of credits and collections in the region, financial analysis of clients, administration of credit lines, supervision of account status, portfolio recovery, and active support to commercial areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the financial capacity and risk profile of current and potential clients.
• Make recommendations for the approval, modification, or cancellation of credit lines in accordance with corporate policies.
• Participate in periodic reviews of credit limits and commercial conditions.
• Execute follow-up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of overdue and upcoming invoices.
• Maintain permanent contact with clients to manage payment commitments and resolve discrepancies that affect collections.
• Identify and communicate financial risks that may impact credit recovery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, control procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to credit and collections.
• Work together with the Commercial team to find solutions that balance business growth and risk management.

Job Requirements:

• Professional degree in administrative, accounting, or financial fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and portfolio management.
• Experience in collection management and face-to-face negotiation in the field.
