COST ANALYST
Job description
We are a diversified, innovative, and sustainable multinational business group. We have over 100 years of experience in the construction, development, and promotion of major infrastructure and service projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Our most important business lines are infrastructure construction, infrastructure development and concession services, execution of railway electrification works, railway freight transport, and railway machinery maintenance, revision, and repair services.
We are looking to incorporate:
COST AND BUDGET ANALYST WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR (LINEAR WORKS)
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Graduated and licensed)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and/or costs for railway works or similar.
- Proficiency in OPUS or similar, Advanced Excel.
FUNCTIONS
- Elaboration of unit prices
- Elaboration of comparative cost tables
- Comparison with cost matrices from the tender offer
- Communicate design budget deviations and manage with design managers for adjustments
WORK LOCATION:
- Miguel Hidalgo Mayor's Office, CDMX.
