At ALTOUR Mexico, we are looking for a Hotel Agreements Analyst (RFP) who wants to develop their career in a leading global corporate travel management company.
What will be your mission? You will be responsible for managing the upload, update, and maintenance of hotel rates and agreements negotiated with different chains and properties, ensuring the correct configuration of information in GDS systems and guaranteeing the quality of data for our corporate clients.
We are looking for professionals with:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in handling Sabre (essential).
- Advanced Excel and experience in database management.
- Knowledge of corporate travel and hotel processes.
- Advanced English level.
- Great attention to detail, organization, and process orientation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Process and validate hotel rates and agreements.
- Manage uploads and updates in GDS systems.
- Audit and ensure the quality of registered information.
- Collaborate with local and international teams for the correct implementation of commercial agreements.
