Full Senior Internal Controls Analyst

Challenge: Growing company, we are looking for a person who will support in mapping processes and maintaining internal controls of IT, in order to disseminate and strengthen corporate governance practices. Giving support to Technology areas with property and energy in each delivery. Activities that will be performed in the function: - Contribute to the execution of Annual Internal Controls Planning activities through process mapping with focus on identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement; - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate governance policies; - Develop and maintain documentation of internal controls, processes and procedures; - Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of compliance and good governance practices within the organization; - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about process improvement, has strong analytical skills and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
