Responsibilities and assignments:

• Promote the culture of risk management, internal controls, and governance, demonstrating the value of a robust control environment for decision-making.
• Support process mapping with business areas, through the elaboration of flowcharts, narratives, and identification of operational risks, controls, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct analyses to identify, evaluate, and document risks in processes, systems, and operations, contributing to the definition of adequate controls aligned with best market practices.
• Evaluate the existence, design, and effectiveness of internal controls, through design and effectiveness tests, supporting the definition of action plans, improvements, and adjustments when necessary.
• Support business areas in the creation, review, maintenance, and dissemination of normative documents, such as policies, guidelines, procedures, and other governance instruments.
• Keep information under the area's responsibility updated on the GRC platform, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Support the elaboration of executive reports, indicators, presentations, and follow-up materials for the area, in a structured and decision-oriented manner.
• Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives, continuous control monitoring, test automation, and the use of technology/AI to increase the efficiency, coverage, and quality of the area's analyses.
• Act in attending and supporting Internal and External Audits, contributing with information, evidence, clarifications, and follow-up of recommendations.
• Support the management and updating of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix of the Company's critical systems, including the discussion of risks, exceptions, and compensating controls with the involved areas.
• Support the elaboration of materials, communications, and training related to risks, internal controls, governance, normative documents, and good control practices.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Complete graduation in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in process mapping, risk identification, evaluation, and implementation or improvement of internal controls.
• Experience with SAP ERP and experience with GRC tools.
• Knowledge of frameworks and market best practices related to risks, controls, and governance, such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO 31000.
• Proficiency in the Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate English.
