Junior Quality Control Analyst (Product Analysis)

Activities:

• Assist in investigations of Out of Specification (OOS) Results and Out of Trend (OOT) Results and analytical occurrence in the laboratory;
• Responsible for bench and instrumental analysis of Semi-Finished Product:
• The analyst must have mastery of the main techniques mentioned below, considering sample preparation and injection into the respective equipment:

1. Assay by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer and HPLC;
2. Assay by infrared; Karl Fischer moisture;
3. Dissolution
4. Uniformity
5. Related substances, organic impurities, degradation product, and chromatographic purity by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography;

Requirements:

• Higher education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or analytical laboratory, working in Physical-Chemical Quality Control and/or Analytical Development;
• Required experience in physical-chemical analysis of semi-finished product
• Knowledge of operating HPLC/ UPLC/GC, FT-IR and Karl Fisher equipment, UV and IR spectrophotometers, pH meters, among others;
• Knowledge of SAP system, SE SUITE will be considered a differential;

Will be a differential:

• Knowledge as a user of the SE SUITE system;
• Good knowledge as a user in SAP;
• Operation on Agilent HPLC;

Schedule: On-site from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00
