Senior Business and Market Intelligence Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct economic-financial feasibility studies to support decision-making in new businesses, service expansion, and strategic projects.
• Develop market analyses, competitor studies, and industry research, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks for the business.
• Prepare financial models, revenue projections, costs, and performance indicators, supporting investment evaluation.
• Build, organize, and analyze databases, transforming information into strategic insights for business areas.
• Develop and monitor managerial indicators and dashboards, supporting results monitoring and decision-making.
• Partner with different areas of Rede Santa Catarina, providing technical support for studies related to the Health and Education segments.
• Participate in the preparation of executive presentations for committees and the board, consolidating economic and market intelligence analyses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's processes, proposing solutions that increase efficiency, analysis quality, and value generation for the organization.

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Hospital Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in related areas.
• Solid experience in economic-financial feasibility studies, market intelligence, and investment analysis.
• Experience in preparing market studies, competitor analysis, and building financial models.
• Knowledge of costs, preferably in the health segment.
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
