Control Analyst Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional license.
Minimum general experience of 2 years, with at least 1 year in financial control, costs, and budget tracking for construction or real estate projects.
Previous experience in roles such as Control Analyst, Cost Analyst, Budget Analyst, Control Resident, or similar positions.
Knowledge in Cost and Budget Control, Construction Scheduling, Warehouse Control, Project Financial Tracking, Excel (intermediate level). Responsibilities
Control and track project costs and budgets.
Prepare monthly cost reports and construction progress reports.
Supervise contracts, purchase orders, and budgetary execution.
Update financial projections and assist in project closing.
Coordinate warehouse control, inventory, and site resources.
Verify compliance with internal policies and support decision-making through financial information analysis. Offerings
Gross monthly salary: 26,683.
Statutory benefits: IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), vacation, vacation bonus, and Christmas bonus.
