Full-Time Accounts Payable Analyst

Your new company Join a national agro-industry company of great size, operating in the agricultural input resale and distribution sector in various Brazilian states. The organization is going through an expansion phase, strengthening governance and evolving its financial structure, with strong interfaces with commercial operations and the agronegócio production chain. Your new position As Full-Time Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of accounts payable processes, including: • Processing and verifying invoices from suppliers; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions; • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts payable transactions; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices; • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an agricultural or agro-industry setting; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
