Senior Accounting Analyst (SYNAP)

Position Objective

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the transformation within the area, mapping activities, organizing processes and activities, supporting analytical, classification, and reconciliation of accounting and financial accounts of assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, cost, and expenses. You will lead the monthly balance sheet closure, monthly reports, and internal and external audit attendance. Main Responsibilities

• Mapped accounting activities and processes in partnership with the Tax area.
• Supported project management for the migration and centralization of accounting activities from 04 companies within the business unit.
• Led the entire process of closing and orchestrated the activities of the area.
• Followed financial routines to support and understand the processes;
• Analyzed and reconciled accounting accounts on the balance sheet, ensuring the reliability of presented numbers;
• Prepared accounting reports, financial statements, and analysis of variations according to business needs;
• Controlled and reconciled immovable assets routines;
• Made manual accounting entries, considering supporting documentation.
• Supported other company areas to ensure effective communication and compliance with deadlines;
• Attended internal and external audits, ensuring the reliability of information.
