Senior Accounting Analyst

SUMMARY OF THE JOB Responsible for developing, ensuring and executing accounting processes in accordance with policies, norms and accounting principles. Prepares activities related to monthly number maintenance, closings, reports, analyses, reconciliations, SOX controls and audit support, with the objective of providing the Company complete, transparent and accurate financial statements, contributing to business results. RESPONSIBILITIES Realize and maintain the accounting system, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements; Conduct analyses and reconciliations of accounts and transactions; Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data; Provide support for internal and external audits; Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with SOX controls; Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company; Knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
