Junior Accounting Analyst

About the area The BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) area acts as a strategic partner for companies seeking efficiency and optimization in their operational processes. With a focus on outsourcing administrative and operational processes, the BPO offers customized solutions that allow our clients to concentrate their efforts on core business activities. Main responsibilities Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of records; Prepare and present financial reports to management; Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams and management; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements; Provide support to other departments as needed; Participate in special projects and initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
