Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Manage and oversee the treasury management module within the ERP system (Oracle)
Process and track advance payments in accordance with company policies
Record, request, and account for taxi and credit card expenses with corresponding documentation
Perform month-end treasury centralization reconciliation and reporting.
Conduct accounting reconciliations between the general ledger and ERP modules.
Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Perform insurance reconciliations and validate policy coverage.
Record and oversee insurance amortization schedules.
Manage accounting system integrations and data flows between modules
Prepare financial analysis reports and variance analyses for management review
Perform data validation and quality control checks on financial transactions
Provide support for internal audit activities and maintain thorough audit trails
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, human resources, and procurement, on financial matters
Required:
Public Accountant.
2 years of experience in the area.
Intermediate English.
Proactivity, responsibility, organization, team-oriented, good communication, integrity.
Solid accounting knowledge.
Advanced/intermediate Excel.
Ideally, experience with Oracle system.
3x in the office and up to 2x from home
