Accounting Analyst

Objective: To guarantee the timely and correct recording of the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Financial Information Standards (NIF), Mexican tax regulations, and corporate reporting requirements through the analysis, reconciliation, and control of financial transactions within SAP S/4HANA.

• Record and analyze the company's accounting operations in SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts.
• Monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring compliance with established calendars.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Provide support in internal audits, external audits, and tax requirements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting regulations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting required.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Experience in monthly closing processes.
• Technical Knowledge: General accounting, NIFs, accounting reconciliations, financial closings, advanced Excel, SAP S/4HANA (FI).
• Intermediate English, analytical, attention to detail, planning, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, results-oriented, sense of urgency.
