Senior Accounting Analyst - Protheus TOTVS

About the Role

The professional will be responsible for performing accounting classifications, entries, and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as preparing trial balances, accounting statements, and other management reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting classifications, entries, and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
• Prepare trial balances, accounting statements, and other management reports;
• Execute monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information;
• Carry out the calculation of withheld taxes and levies, such as PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL;
• Prepare, review, and submit ancillary obligations, including EFD Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, SPED ECD, and SPED ECF;
• Prepare, update, and control accounting spreadsheets and reports, supporting the analysis of the company's results;
• Perform reviews and analyses of accounting movements, identifying and correcting inconsistencies;
• Support internal and external audits, providing documents and information when necessary;
• Act in compliance with current accounting, tax, and fiscal legislation;
• Use the TOTVS Protheus system for accounting routines, including configurations, parametrizations, and support for area processes.

Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing Higher Education in Accounting Sciences;
• Experience with the TOTVS Protheus system, including configurations and parametrizations;
• Experience in expense classification, accounting entries, and reconciliations;
• Experience in preparing trial balances, accounting statements, and management reports;
• Knowledge in calculating withheld taxes, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL;
• Experience in submitting ancillary obligations, such as EFD Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, SPED ECD, and SPED ECF;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
