Financial Reconciliation and Control Analyst

An important global leader in insurance brokerage and risk consulting seeks talent to join as a Financial Reconciliation and Control Analyst.

Job Objective

Ensure the reliability of financial information through the execution and follow-up of reconciliations related to revenue, collections, premiums, commissions, and profitability, promptly identifying discrepancies and supporting the strengthening of financial controls.

Requirements

Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in:
Financial reconciliations.
Internal control.
Financial analysis.
Collections.
Auditing.
Advanced Excel.
Power BI desirable.
SQL desirable.
Intermediate English.

Activities

Financial information reconciliation.
Revenue and collection validation.
Premium and commission control.
Investigation and follow-up of discrepancies.
Preparation of control reports.
Management of financial indicators.
Documentation of evidence and traceability.
Support in executive reviews and financial analysis.
