Financial Reconciliation and Control Analyst
An important global leader in insurance brokerage and risk consulting seeks talent to join as a Financial Reconciliation and Control Analyst.
Job Objective
Ensure the reliability of financial information through the execution and follow-up of reconciliations related to revenue, collections, premiums, commissions, and profitability, promptly identifying discrepancies and supporting the strengthening of financial controls.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in:
- Financial reconciliations.
- Internal control.
- Financial analysis.
- Collections.
- Auditing.
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI desirable.
- SQL desirable.
- Intermediate English.
Activities
- Financial information reconciliation.
- Revenue and collection validation.
- Premium and commission control.
- Investigation and follow-up of discrepancies.
- Preparation of control reports.
- Management of financial indicators.
- Documentation of evidence and traceability.
- Support in executive reviews and financial analysis.
