Position: Internal Communication and Sustainability Analyst

Indispensable academic background requirement

Only profiles with one of the following degrees will be considered:

• Degree in Sustainable Development Engineering
• Degree in Social Responsibility and Sustainability
• Degree in Environmental Sustainability
• Degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainability
• Related degree focused on Sustainability

Important: This requirement is mandatory. Candidates from other academic areas will not be considered.

Profile we are looking for

• Recent graduates or with minimal experience.
• Interest in developing a career in the Internal Communication area.
• Outgoing and proactive personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity, organization, and ease of relating to different areas.
• Interest in sustainability and social responsibility topics.

Main activities

• Support in the execution of Internal Communication strategies and campaigns.
• Develop content for different corporate communication channels.
• Participate in the organization of events and activities for employees.
• Follow up on organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
• Support projects and activities related to sustainability.

Activity distribution:

• 80% Internal Communication
• 20% Sustainability
