Internal Communication Analyst

Position: Internal Communication Analyst Job Description: We are looking for an Internal Communication Analyst who will integrate into the Human Resources team, with the purpose of strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring the effective dissemination of key messages and generating communication strategies that drive employee commitment and participation. The person in this position will be responsible for designing, executing, and following up on communication plans and campaigns to promote internal communication, facilitate information sharing, and foster a sense of belonging among employees. This role will also involve analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to optimize communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, experience with graphic design software and social media platforms is highly valued.
