Senior Internal Communication Analyst

Nauterra's operations in Brazil include Gomes da Costa, leader in preference and largest canned fish producer in Latin America, 2 factories, 2 distribution centers and exports to countries such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. Our internal communication team is responsible for promoting the company's values, culture and initiatives through various channels, including intranet, email, social media, events and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communication or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in internal communication, preferably in a multinational company. He/she must be fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, he/she should have knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR department to develop and implement internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, motivation and retention. He/she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
