The Coffee is looking for a Foreign Trade & International Purchasing Analyst to join our Supply Chain team

Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws - Brazilian employment contract)

Level: Senior

Area: Supply Chain

Location: Brazil

What you will do:

• Prospect, develop, and qualify international suppliers
• Conduct Strategic Sourcing processes for different categories of materials and products
• Negotiate prices, deadlines, commercial terms, Incoterms, and international contracts
• Perform international market analysis in search of new sourcing opportunities
• Develop cost reduction (Cost Saving) and supply chain risk mitigation strategies
• Manage import processes, from commercial negotiation to final delivery
• Track international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
• Collaborate with the Planning, Quality, Finance, and Logistics departments

What we are looking for:

• Completed Higher Education in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or related areas
• Experience in International Purchasing and Foreign Trade
• Experience in developing and managing international suppliers
• Knowledge of import processes and mastery of Incoterms
• Knowledge of customs regimes and import documentation
• Advanced or fluent English or Spanish
• Advantage: knowledge of fiscal classification (NCM - Nomenclature of Goods Common of Mercosur)

• Experience in international sourcing of raw materials, food, consumer goods, or retail
• Experience with suppliers from Asia, Europe, and Latin America
