What we are looking for in you:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in Human Resources areas (combined experience as Intern/Trainee and Assistant/Junior Analyst in Training, OD, or HR is accepted).
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, and filters).
• Desirable knowledge of STPS regulations and DC-3 / DC-4 forms.
• Organized, proactive, service-oriented profile with great attention to detail.

Your main challenges:

• Coordinate and follow up on the Annual Training Plan, course logistics, and indicator matrix.
• Administer files, DC-3 certificates, and information for DC-4.
• Manage vendors, quotes, purchase orders, and departmental invoicing.
• Support key Organizational Development initiatives, performance evaluations, culture, and onboarding programs.
