WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Training Analyst.

You will be responsible for implementing training programs and technical/commercial content for the training and development of counter sales representatives from Distribution, Disensa, and Indar, and end-users (cement, mortar, bulk). Training with RMX allies and content development in mixes (Concrete Solutions). Management of national training campaigns for Holcim solutions.

Your main challenges will be:

• Train counter sales representatives from Distribution and Disensa Points of Sale to develop sales skills and increase their knowledge of Holcim products.
• Support the planning and execution of training for allies (Concrete and solutions). Content management for new launches. Field data collection and content creation.
• Accompany the sales force in requesting training for new clients.
• Collection of theoretical, practical, and visual technical/commercial training content for internal staff and Point of Sale staff.
• Follow-up on training for new products, portfolio extension, and updates according to market needs and new technologies.
• Analyze market data and trained clients to improve indicators where volume, rotation, and service levels improve compared to those who have not been trained.

Workplace: Mexico City.

Indispensable Requirements:

• Graduated professional in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Administration.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in technical service for various construction products, in training or training areas. Training and content development.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Office Suite.
• Intermediate English level, ability to interpret technical data sheets.
• Manual standard vehicle operation, valid driver's license.
• Availability to travel.
