Field Analyst II - Mobile

We are looking for a Field Analyst to develop best practices and strengthen our operations team, directly contributing to our mission of positive impact on the planet.

Responsibilities:

  • Support activities related to installation (hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical) and assembly, testing, commissioning, and startup of systems onshore;
  • Perform basic operation and maintenance of water treatment systems in general;
  • Conduct water analysis and/or sample collection, preparation, identification, and sending to the laboratory for analysis;
  • Perform administrative site activities: material requests, operational reports (internal and external), and expenses made periodically;
  • Fulfill all field documentation such as RDOs, reports, forms, check-lists through remote monitoring tools or other means, ensuring adequate records for internal control and presentation to the client;
  • Ensure the availability of maintenance resources, in good condition, on site, and properly inventoried;
  • Conduct inventory and programming of chemical products and other consumables (e.g., filter cartridge);
  • Inspect and identify operational problems, maintenance issues, and others, acting as first responder and facilitating support team resolution;
  • Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance;
  • Execute operations and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of treatment units, achieving performance parameters;
  • Verify analyzers/instruments according to company procedure and send for calibration/maintenance when necessary;
  • Serve as primary point of communication with clients, performing interface with internal support areas;
  • Identify continuous opportunities for improvement and potential risks to operations, communicating them promptly to management;
  • Attend client and corporate policies, such as EHS and Compliance;
  • Care for the organization of the area you work in and 5S;
  • Execute procedures for blocking hazardous energies;
  • Preliminary preparation of solutions and dosages of chemicals, if necessary;
  • Monitor required analytical parameters during operation, if necessary;
  • Support in preparing and controlling critical spare parts lists for operational reliability;
  • Execution of energy blockages (electric, potential, thermal, etc.) on equipment/systems to be maintained.

Requirements:

  • Tech, Technologist, or Superior in Chemistry, Mechanics, Electricity, Automation, or related fields;
  • Knowledge in conventional water treatment and membrane treatment;
  • Knowledge in operation and/or maintenance of water treatment systems or related, preferably Conventional Filtration, OR, UF, EDI, MBR, and others;
  • Basic experience/knowledge in chemical analyses for waters and interpretation of results;
  • Knowledge in reading technical documents such as diagrams, P&Ids, and schematics;
  • Basic knowledge in industrial automation (basic principles of logic elements and control), mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity;
  • Knowledge in Google Workspace;
  • Active CNH B license and driving skills;
  • Availability for travel at the national level.
