Jr. Benefits Analyst

We have an opportunity to act as a Jr. Benefits Analyst.

Main activities:

• Management and administration of benefits: Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Gympass and Multibenefits;
• Process requests, confirmations, entries, maintenance and controls of benefits;
• Ensure the correct application of payroll deductions and perform value and event verifications;
• Monitor payments, invoices, slips, remittances and financial controls of benefits;
• Manage benefits for new hires and leavers, ensuring deadlines and regularizations;
• Inventory management and uniform purchase, including distribution and replenishment;
• Administer benefits and actions such as Maternity Kit, Christmas Kits and educational partnerships;
• Develop and update job descriptions, supporting the Job and Salary processes;
• Attend to and guide managers and employees on benefits, deductions, usage and processes;
• Support controls, reports and administrative routines of the Benefits and Human Resources area.

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Administration, HR and related areas.
• Knowledge and experience in Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint;
• Analytical profile and process-oriented vision;
• Experience in the benefits area;
