Job description

Ensure the integrity, availability, and governance of data related to Compensation and Benefits (C&B) in Mexico, enabling decisions based on reliable information, and executing/approving compensation processes and relevant movements in Workday according to established flows, security roles, and controls by the organization. 1) Data management and analytics (C&B) Build, debug, and maintain tracking models/boards (salaries, comp ratio, structures, budget, benefits...) for C&B data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
