Test Automation Analyst

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Software Tester Automation with an interest in test automation and in being part of a Quality Engineering team. You will have the opportunity to participate in high-impact projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within a Digital Testing Factory model.

What will your role be?

• Design, execute, and maintain functional and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define strategies and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and PVT tests in different release cycles.
• Document evidence, log defects, and track them until resolution using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and evidence.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and QA teams in agile methodologies.
• Identify automation opportunities and propose continuous improvements in testing processes.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to contribute to software quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the quality and productivity indicators established for the project.

Profile we are looking for

• Experience in functional testing and test automation.
• Knowledge in development using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium
• Appium
• Playwright
• Cucumber
• JUnit
• Karate
• RestAssured
• Postman
• Knowledge in version control with Git.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or continuous integration (CI/CD) tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Interest in continuous improvement and software quality.

⭐ Desirable

• ISTQB Certified Tester certification (mandatory).
• Scrum Fundamentals certification (desirable).
• Experience in test automation for web and/or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Continuous Testing tools and processes.
