Talent Attraction Analyst (TEMPORARY)
Job description
Temporary role - 5 months.
CDMX, Corporativo Toreo.
Manage attraction and selection processes comprehensively, ensuring the identification of suitable talent for each position, an excellent experience for our candidates, and an agile, orderly process aligned with our policies.
What are we looking for?
A profile with experience (2 or 3 years) in recruiting for different industries and specialized profiles, with the ability to understand different businesses and talent needs.
Experience recruiting profiles related to the following will be especially valued:
- Finance.
- Legal.
- Ethics and Compliance.
- Corporate areas and specialized positions.
In addition, we are looking for:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and leaders.
- Organization, follow-up, and results orientation.
- Responsible and confidential handling of information.
- Service focus and ability to work collaboratively.
- Adaptability to work with different profiles and organizational levels.
What will you do?
- Manage attraction and selection processes from start to finish.
- Post vacancies and conduct active talent searches from various sources.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates according to the required profile.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interviews with leaders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the different stages of the process.
- Manage documentation corresponding to the Pre-Offer stage.
- Keep candidate information updated in the systems.
- Prepare reports and track recruitment indicators and progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal Talent Attraction processes and policies.
