We are looking for a Temporary Attraction and Selection Analyst, to operate operationally and analytically in the processes of Attraction and Selection, with focus on leadership positions in stores, ensuring adherence to the business profile, deadlines, and quality of hires, with support to leaders and HR team.
Responsibilities and attributions
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for store leadership positions (e.g. supervisors, managers, and coordinators), from aligning profiles to finalizing the hiring process.
- Audit job openings, promotion, and triage of vacancies in different channels.
- Perform competency-based interviews, applying tools and scripts defined by the team.
- SUPPORT store leaders and regionals in understanding the ideal profile, technical requirements, and behavioral requirements.
- Ensure updating and control of process information on recruitment systems.
- FOLLOW basic indicators of A&S (deadline, volume, status of vacancies).
- SUPPORT initiatives for continuous improvement of selective processes.
- Operate integrated with the HR team, following company policies, guidelines, and compliance.
- Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for store leadership positions.
- Vivência in a retail company, with understanding of the operational dynamics, high volume, and fast-paced hiring process.
- BASIC knowledge of competency-based interviews.
- Organization, sense of priority, and good communication.
- Ability to handle different leadership profiles and multiple demands.
- Prior experience with high volume of vacancies and on-site (store) activity.
- Vivência with A&S indicators and recruitment tools.
