Position: Full-Time Customer Service Analyst

What will you do?

• Responsible for direct contact with the shipper to address matters related to delivery performance, including performing deviation analysis and making presentations to the shipper;
• Responsible for demanding action plans from branches for infringers, and performing follow-up on administrative orders;

What are we looking for?

• Completed Higher Education
• Experience in similar positions, preferably in the logistics area.
• Knowledge or experience with reimbursement and compensation is required.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (will be tested).
• Ability to deliver results presentations to internal and external clients.

Work location: Jardim Belval – Barueri
