Quality Assurance Analyst

Your Role: As the person responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, your primary function will be to guarantee that all company operations are carried out in accordance with national and international regulations applicable to quality systems. This includes supervising and strengthening adherence to the following good practices: manufacturing, storage and distribution, and laboratory.

Responsibilities:

1. Verify compliance with local and international regulations for each product.
2. Implement the corresponding procedures and registration formats for the quality processes of local or Regional products.
3. Report the performance results of the quality management system of all
4. affiliates in the Latam region on a monthly and annual basis.
5. Provide support in documentation for conditioning and/or reconditioning processes in the region.
6. Administer quality systems (Deviations, change controls, CAPA system (Corrective Action / Preventive Action), complaints, and supplier claims).
7. Prepare the annual product report by coordinating to obtain information from the relevant involved areas and perform the analysis of each product's behavior, to ensure compliance with the annual program.
8. Attend and follow up on all audits, both internal and external (suppliers, authorities, clients, etc.).

Your Profile:

Graduate in QFB or related field.

Intermediate English level

2 or 3 years in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
