- Execute, manage and ensure the operational processes of foreign trade in different customs regimes and modes of transportation (maritime, aerial, terrestrial).
- Prepare documentation for Temporary and Definitive Importation (Raw Materials, Machinery, Equipment and Tools, Hazardous Materials, Indirect Materials); Exportation (Finished Products, Raw Materials, Machinery, Equipment and Tools, Indirect Materials, Hazardous Materials, Waste); Virtual Importation and Exportation (Raw Materials, Machinery, Equipment and Tools, Finished Products, Waste); Changes in Regime (Raw Materials, Machinery, Equipment and Tools) and Regularizations.
- Register, monitor and maintain imports and exports in the Customs Inventory Control System (Annex 24) as well as credits for Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS) (Annex 30).
- Analyze and verify correct payment of customs declarations. In case of identifying possible correction or modification, provide immediate instruction and close follow-up to the Customs Agent to execute until its conclusion, ensuring corresponding tracking in the Inventory Control System and updating.
- Execute the correct application of preferential tariffs and programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule Eight, Certified Company, VAT and IEPS Certification, Origin Review).
