Junior Sales Administration Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of customer portfolio data;
- Attend to requests for account movements between commercial portfolios;
- Guarantee compliance with company-established commercial policies and deadlines;
- Act as a liaison between commercial and operational areas, conducting negotiations with clarity and assertiveness;
- Prepare analyses and reports to support decision-making regarding customer segmentation in the portfolio;
- Prepare executive materials and internal communication for employee training on customer portfolio management process.
