Senior HR Administration Analyst

We are looking for a Senior HR Administration Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities and duties:

• Execute and verify payroll processes, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
• Perform calculations and verifications for vacation, contract terminations, 13th salary, social charges, and other labor-related routines.
• Ensure the correct processing of admissions, movements, and terminations.
• Guarantee compliance with labor legislation, social security, and current collective agreements.
• Manage and control the company's personnel structure, ensuring the integrity of organizational information.
• Develop and monitor the annual personnel budget, as well as its revisions and projections (forecast).
• Monitor personnel costs, performing actual versus budgeted analyses and identifying deviations.
• Develop financial impact simulations related to admissions, terminations, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Produce management indicators and analyses of headcount, turnover, movements, and personnel expenses.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from the Senior system and other corporate tools.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and analytical studies to support decision-making.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement and automation of controls and processes related to Personnel Administration.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields;
• Experience in payroll and personnel administration;
• Experience with headcount control and personnel costs;
• Experience with personnel budgeting (budget and forecast);
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with ERP Senior or equivalent system.

Desirables

• Experience in process automation and dashboard creation;
• Post-graduation in People Management, Controlling, Finance, or related fields.
