D365 Analyst - Turner&Townsend, Brazil

Our D365 Support team manages our D365 Finance & Operations system and global user base. Currently, we have over 9,000 active users in the UK, Australia, North America, Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and are expanding the product globally.

D365 Analysts are a fundamental part of the support team. They assist teams across Turner & Townsend, helping users with various modules of D365, including project management and accounting, expense management, time control, and finance-focused modules.

Responsibilities

• To provide support to end-users and respond to registered requests in our D365 helpdesk.
• The D365 Analyst will be responsible for handling a variety of issues related to areas such as project management and configuration, procurement process, customer invoicing, intercompany transactions, and purchase orders.
• To research and recommend solutions for user-reported problems.
• To offer individual or group training sessions for specific user groups.
• To report and investigate bugs and incidents.
• To maintain and update training materials in the D365 Hub.
• To support the 'hyper care' period for new regions that are migrating to D365.
• To execute administrative tasks as designated by system design.
• To support small configuration changes in production environments.
• To test approved configuration changes in test environments to ensure readiness for production.
