CX Analyst

Financial Institution seeks expansion: CX ANALYST Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Analyze customer and operational data to propose experience improvements Develop methodologies for improvement and communicate information that supports business strategy design Lead execution of CX initiatives collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Create controls and reports that help identify trends and variations in experience and operational indicators Support in the constant analysis of customer feedback and sentiment, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including customer surveys, social media, and other digital channels. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. Provide recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty based on data analysis and insights. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, developing action plans to address gaps in customer experience. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and business partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
