Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are looking for talent to join our team and be responsible for managing, analyzing, and promptly recovering our clients' credit portfolio. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or current student in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related economic-administrative fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in credit and collections or a similar position. Experience in portfolio management and follow-up. Knowledge of preventive and corrective collections, reconciliations, and overdue portfolio analysis. Management of invoicing, payment application, and balance clarifications. MAIN ACTIVITIES Daily follow-up on balances and overdue portfolio. Management and recovery of accounts receivable. Application of payments and bank reconciliations. Preventive and corrective telephone collections. Handling of invoicing queries and balance clarifications. Issuance of credit notes. Preparation and sending of invoices. Follow-up with clients, banks, and internal departments to resolve balance differences. WE OFFER MXN 14,000 net per month. Weekly payment, every Friday.
