Job Description:
- Perform activities of analysis and preparation of managerial reports on industrial costs (fixed and variable) and administrative expenses: accounting classification analysis by account reason, cost centers, production orders, and expense by profit center, considering production volumes and inputs;
- Publish and send managerial reports on costs and performance indicators (KPI's) from factories to managers and directors, allowing for a preventive analysis of the evolution and variations of monthly costs, for management decision-making;
- Prepare standard budget templates for assistance to factory and administrative managers and subsequently insert this information into the SAP system, by cost center, account reason, production order, and profit center;
- Report industrial and administrative costs from all platforms (fixed and variable), budget, reforecast, and real monthly, semiannually, and annually in the Magnitude system for a meeting with the operational committee (France Matrix);
- Publish an Analytics report (monthly industrial costs) in USD, analyze and include explanations of variations for sending to the Business Controller of the platform;
- And other related activities.
