Revenue Control Analyst

Objective of the position

Ensure the correct identification, recording, reconciliation, and analysis of the company's revenues, guaranteeing the financial integrity of operations, compliance with internal policies, and the reliability of information for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Validate and reconcile daily revenues from stores, eCommerce, and other sales channels.
2. Ensure the correct accounting recording of revenue transactions.
3. Execute reconciliations between sales, bank deposits, and accounting records.
4. Analyze differences and deviations, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
5. Actively participate in monthly closing processes and internal or external audits.
6. Monitor compliance with internal controls related to revenue, billing, and collections.
7. Prepare financial reports and metrics related to sales and revenues.
8. Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Commercial, and eCommerce departments to ensure the integrity of financial information.

Qualification and training requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field (student or graduate).
• Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in revenue control, accounts receivable, accounting, eCommerce revenue, Retail sector, verifiable.
• Preferably, experience in billing, collection, and revenue recognition processes.
• Knowledge of accounting reconciliations and financial analysis, handling of monthly closing processes, revenue identification.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, database analysis).
• SAP (desirable).
• Knowledge of financial ERP systems.
• Management of financial indicators and reports.
