Accounting Analyst

Objective of the Position Ensure the integrity of the company's financial information through timely recording of operations, compliance with tax obligations, and generation of accurate reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. Candidate Profile Academic Background: Public Accounting Degree. Must have a Professional Title and License. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar positions, preferably within the commercial or retail sector. Required Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Intelesis). Operational mastery of SAT, IMSS, and various banking platforms. Advanced Excel: Proficiency in pivot tables and complex formulas. Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Main Responsibilities: Accounting Management: Record income, expense, and journal entries in the accounting system. Inventory Control: Supervise the reconciliation of physical inventories versus the system. Tax Compliance: Calculate and timely submission of monthly and annual taxes (IVA, ISR, DIOT, withholdings). Bank Reconciliations: Ensure cash flow perfectly matches bank statements. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Monitor aging of balances for correct cash flow optimization. Payroll: Preparation and stamping of payroll, as well as management of movements with IMSS and Infonavit. Internal Audit: Prepare and integrate necessary documentation for periodic reviews.
