About the position:

Senior Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Accounting Sciences with an active CRC, solid knowledge in general accounting, IFRS, and closing and reconciliation processes. Excellence in Excel, good logical reasoning, attention to detail, and analytical capacity to deal with more complex analyses are essential.

Education and Experience

• Higher Education: Graduation in Accounting Sciences.
• Professional Registration: Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council).
• Experience: Previous experience in the accounting area.
• Financial Statements: Experience in the preparation, review, and analysis of complete Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and Explanatory Notes), ensuring adherence to accounting, corporate, and regulatory standards.
• Audits: Experience in supporting internal and external audits, preparing accounting support, and critical analysis of reported financial information.

Technical Knowledge

• General Accounting: Deep knowledge of general accounting, Brazilian accounting standards (CPC), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Accounting Closing: Mastery of monthly reconciliation and closing processes.
• Excel: Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Accounting Closing Routines: Reconciliations, provisions, and prepaid expenses.
• System: SAP.
• Financial Statements: Knowledge in the preparation, review, and analysis of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and Explanatory Notes.

• Analysis and Logical Reasoning: Capacity for complex analyses and excellent logical reasoning to interpret data and standards.
• Attention to Detail: Essential to ensure the accuracy and correctness of accounting records and reports.
• Proactivity: Initiative to solve problems and seek process improvements.
• Communication: Good communication to present information clearly to colleagues and superiors.
• Autonomy: Ability to work with greater independence, dealing with analyses and tasks without the need for constant supervision.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and financial analyses, classifications, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, accounting statements (such as Balance Sheet and Income Statement), and other reports.
• Prepare, review, and analyze complete Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and Explanatory Notes.
• Ensure adherence of Financial Statements to accounting, corporate, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare accounting support and perform critical analysis of reported financial information.
• Support in compliance matters and in internal and external audits.
• Attend to demands and requests related to internal and external audits.
