Commercial Analyst (SalesOps)

Our client, a major logistics solutions company, is seeking a full-time Commercial Analyst with focus on SalesOps for a hybrid position in São Paulo (Capital) or Santos.

Candidate Profile and Responsibilities:

• Firm focus on processes, being able to understand customer demands and transform them into tangible initiatives;

• Solid knowledge of Power BI and Excel for creating analytical reports;
• Actively work on projects for new procedures in the commercial area;
• Develop dashboards to track and analyze ongoing projects;
• Collaborate with commercial managers in defining processes and standards;
• Establish direct contact with customers to understand their needs, transforming them into technical requirements;
• Define goals for the commercial team together with leadership;
• Experience in project and process leadership is a plus;
• Analytical profile and process-oriented;
• Previous experience in areas related to customer or commercial experience.

• The base of this professional may be in São Paulo – SP or Santos;
• Hybrid work regime;
